July 2025 Show and Share

Every month our guild enjoys a program or activity to enhance our knowledge of techniques and strategies for improving our quilting OR to learn about new fabrics, machine care, pattern designs, or quilt styles. However, we don't learn only via informative programs, but also from each other, making Show and Tell a highlight at each meeting.  Enjoy the "Shares" that members brought to the July meeting!
-Alison McCullough: Accented denim skirt

-Cim Roesner: A cluster of stars on earth-toned background

-Debbi Conrad: Pastel blocks on white background

-Donna Johnson:  More pretty stars...bright and cheery on white background with blue border.

-Harriet Janke's family donated a quilt that Alison McCullough quilted. Note back and front.

-Karen Spaeth: A collection of Karen's handwork which includes a wool appliqued table topper featuring birds and flowers; a braided rag rug; a small appliqued and embroidered Pledge of Allegiance; a table runner centered with hearts and vines; and yet one more table mat with potted flowers and red trim.

-Kathy Triplett: Extensive planning is evident in this pink and green bargello quilt.

-Lois Hoerner: This collection of diagonal stars really pops on the red and blue background.

-Lynn Colquhoun: A BOM quilt coordinated in dark reds, greens, and grays; a fun confetti quilt in  purples and white; and a wonderful bargello style Quilt of Valor.

-Michelle Crisler: Careful block placement created a woven look in this pink and purple quilt.
