Konza Prairie Quilters' Guild

December 11 Program: Getting to Gnome You

Program Chair, Lynn Colquhoun, along with Co-Chair, Jody Cheatum, planned a fun program of food, fun, and camaraderie around the theme of "Getting to Gnome You. "  Guild members were assigned a table number to encourage all to mix with other members since our guild meetings have a limited amount of social time. A variety of delicious sweet and savory treats left everyone sated and ready for games.  A series of Round Robin questions for each table provided insightful information about members relating to their history of quilting, favorite colors, fabrics, techniques, patterns, etc.  Even those members we thought we knew well revealed some new tidbit!

Secondly, a rousing game of Left, Right, Center with buttons used for tokens evoked much laughter.  The individual retaining the final button was awarded the quilted gnome center piece as a prize.

Thank you, Lynn and Jody for a fun morning!
